According to the Commissioner of Consumer Protection, registered medical marijuana patients can purchase up to 5.0 ounces of medical marijuana per month pursuant to Section 28(c) RERACA. Patients whose allotments have been restricted or expanded by a certifying practitioner will have the allotment unchanged.
For logistical reasons, caregivers and patients approved before this change will continue receiving the same 2.5 ounces as listed on their registration. However, they’re entitled to an increased monthly allotment to 5.0 ounces at the dispensary.
Out-of-state visitors can make purchases at our dispensary, provided they have a valid medical card. However, patients aren’t allowed to transport any purchased marijuana products back across state lines.
If you have questions about purchasing our products or traveling with them, just ask! Our team is always here to help explain store policies and requirements—we want to make sure you have all the information you need.
Don’t hesitate to contact any of our staff if you have any concerns or queries regarding purchasing our products and their use between states.
