Consultations for qualifying medical patients and caregivers will be done via telehealth or in-person.
A licensed pharmacist is on-site for in person consultations certain days of the week. All other times, consultations will be conducted via telehealth. We will send you a link for you telehealth consultation prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not receive an invite link, please reach out to the store directly by calling 203-815-1101.
