We are now offering medical delivery from our Torrington store!
We are delivering to medical customers in the following Litchfield County towns and municipalities at this time: Torrington, Harwinton, Litchfield, Goshen, Winsted, and New Hartford
We deliver on the following weekdays during three delivery windows:
Monday through Saturday: (11am – 3:30pm) and (3:30pm – 8pm)
Sunday: (1pm – 4pm)
We will soon be delivering to recreational and medical customers in New Haven County!
At checkout, upload a valid government-issued ID, choose delivery, and Select a time slot for your delivery.
All orders will be packaged at our local Torrington store and delivered via courier to your doorstep.
Easy right? Just remember there is a $100 minimum order for delivery service so don’t be shy.

Per state regulations, your ID MUST match the name on the order. The individual that submitted the order must be presented at the time of delivery, in order for our courier to hand off the order.
Payment will be accepted in the form prepayment through our website, at checkout. We will be offering payment in the form of cash or debit via a wireless cashless ATM in the coming weeks.
There will be three delivery windows Monday through Saturday: 11 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.–8p.m.
There is one delivery window on Sundays: 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
You must be at the address entered at checkout during your time slot to receive your delivery.
Ordering Process:
Delivery Windows & Order Cut-off Times:
Order the day before until 9:30 a.m. the day of, for a delivery window of 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Order the day before until 2:00 p.m. the day of, for a delivery window of 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
On Sundays: Order the day before until 11:30 a.m. the day of, for a delivery window of 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

We will be offering Adult-Use delivery orders soon! When we do, anyone who is 21+ years of age, has been pre-verified and lives in our approved delivery locations.
For now anyone with a valid medical card, patients and caregivers, (excluding minors) can accept and place a medical order for delivery.
Currently, we have delivery set for Litchfield County. The following towns we deliver to, but keep checking as we are expanding our delivery services as fast as we can!

Only the ordering customer can accept a delivery order. The delivery driver will validate that the customer’s ID matches the order. Medical orders must be accepted by the registered caregiver or patient with a valid medical card.
You may place a delivery order directly through stillriverwellness.com by selecting the delivery option and then ensuring that you are pre-verified. If you are already pre-verified, you may also place a delivery order by calling our Consumer Relations team at (203) 815-1101.
Order by 9:30am for delivery 11am-3:30pm (or after). Order by 2:00pm for delivery 3:30pm-8pm. On Sundays, order by 11:30am for delivery 1pm-4pm. Order any time for next day delivery.
A customer’s identification must be pre-verified and certain information (name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address) must be collected prior to an initial delivery. For medical patients/caregivers, this includes verification of your medical card.
In the Checkout page, you will upload a file of your ID, or you can add a photo directly to the order. If you create an account, your ID will be saved for future purchases.
Our Consumer Relations team will contact you if there are any issues with pre-verification and ask that you resubmit the order and re-upload a valid ID.
The minimum order amount required for delivery is $100.
Delivery customers will have a range of time slots to choose from when finalizing their order. On the day of your delivery, we will notify you via a series of texts, emails, or calls to provide near, real time updates on the status of your delivery.
We currently accept cash and prepayment through our website. We will soon accept debit payments.
We are not charging a delivery fee at this time, but may in the future.
Unfortunately, a delivery order cannot be modified once the order is on the delivery truck. You may contact our Consumer Relations team at (203) 815-1101 to have the order canceled and then you replace the order and select a new timeslot at checkout for the same day (if available), or for next day delivery.

For Medical orders, your order will be held at the store and you will be contacted by our Consumer Relations team to find a solution that works for you. For Adult-Use orders, your delivery will be canceled, and you will need to submit a new delivery order for a future time/date. Our drivers will make every attempt possible to accommodate you.
We cannot deliver to federal HUD housing, college/university housing, non-residential locations and cities/towns banned by local municipalities.
Delivery address and government ID address do not need to match to receive a delivery. We can deliver to any residential address within our delivery radius as long as you have a valid government issued ID. This includes delivery to out of state residents. Only Medical patients and caregivers with valid medical cards issued by the state of Connecticut will be allowed to accept medical deliveries.
We respect your privacy by delivering in discreet packaging and unmarked vehicles.

Some towns are too far for us to deliver to at this time, but when more drivers are added we will expand our delivery services.
To receive a delivery, you will need your valid government issued ID and a valid payment method. Please be at the indicated address that you entered during checkout.
